As perfumes are personal care and hygiene products, Anaya Luxury Perfume follows the policy below:

Return Policy

• Opened or used perfume products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Customers must raise a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
• An unboxing video may be required for return approval.

Refund Policy

• Once the return request is approved by Anaya Luxury Perfume, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
